Your rights under your Loan(s) will not change and all rights under your Loan(s) will transfer to Everyday Finance DAC (Everyday) on the Transfer Date. Under existing regulations, you will continue to be provided with the same protections of the consumer protection regulations and codes, after the sale of your Loan(s), as you had before.
AIB Group will continue to be your lender and servicer until the Transfer Date. After the Transfer Date they will continue to service your Loan(s) through a transitional period for a number of months. From now until the end of the transitional period you should continue to direct all queries to them as per the contact details provided below. Please continue to make agreed loan repayments in the normal way. Any direct debit arrangements you have in place will transfer to Everyday at the end of the transitional period.
You do not need to do anything at this time in relation to the transfer of your Loan(s). The purpose of the letter was to make you aware that it has been agreed to sell your Loan(s) to Everyday. You will receive further correspondence shortly after the Transfer Date to confirm when the Transfer has taken place.
